Sun In An Empty Room, Edward Hopper

What's interesting about the human nature is that it's attracted to things of their current state of mind.
For example, people who are in love are attracted to sweet lyrics, love poems and double deals on social commerce websites.
People who are into cynicism tends to peruse over judgmental articles whilst sipping their morning coffee over breakfast.
People who are lonely tends to stare at things for a long time, and if the object luckily tends to be a piece of art by Edward Hopper, then that object becomes the one more thing to stare a bit longer.

One fine spring day I think it was, I found myself flicking through the slippery pages of Edward Hopper's works in a bookshop. When I found "Sun In An Empty Room" I was filled with a very indistinctive awe and was standing on that spot for awhile.

That day I came back home, and I sketched that piece of art on my notebook.
